Symbol of Run Lola Run.
A Symbol in Run Lola Run would be the spiraling effects: some examples of this are shown in the animation at the beginning of the movie where we are drawn into the clock. Another example of this is the staircase to Lolas apartment, also the roulette wheel in the casino that Lola bets on is shown when the ball is rolling around before landing on the roulette wheel. and finally the last symbol in the film to do with spirals was the quote the security guard made about both the film and the game- Football. This spirals used in this film symbolise the continuation of life, and it also shows that everything is interconnected, the little things you do when you encounter a person can change their life. The spirals also symbolise the circular narrative, which is repeated 3 times throughout the entire film. i quite liked the idea of the symbol in this film, it actually makes sense. whereas the Smashing glass symbol does not make any sense at all.. i mean who cares if she can smash glass when she screams... thats not anything spectacular! but it obviously implies she has the power to change her destiny.... i was always told that every single person did..?

I guess the breaking glass stands out from the rest of the dialogue and action in the movie.
Nice ideas! I would say that the screaming and breaking glass shows how she wants to take control of her own destiny and it could also show her frustration at her lack of control in certain situations. I think that the glass could also be a symbol for society and its rules, which she doesn't want to be controlled by. Or it could be a symbol for her wanting to break the rules of the game, as the film is represented as a game. I believe it shows how she wants to play this 'game' her own way and determine her own destiny.
